100% Malvasia. This wine is fermented in new French Oak barrels and then aged a further 5 months or so its lees to provide a richness on the palate. A fresh and complex wine, aromas of apple, peach, quince and citrus notes waft from the glass. On the palate the wine is dense and structure but fresh and lively at the same time. There are sweet white fruits combined with herbs and a touch of vanilla on the finish. A text-book example of the Malvasia varietal.
