Yalumba 2022 GEN Organic Shiraz 750ml

The Yalumba GEN series is organic and sustainably grown as approved by Australian Certified Organic standards. There are no chemical fertilizers or pesticides in the vineyard. It is also vegan. With few additions, the wine is wild fermented. Look for a fresh, juicy red with dark plums, blueberry, and a dusting of cracked peppercorns before a spiced fruit cake finish. Mushroom burgers would be a fine match.
