William Fevre 2021 Petit Chablis 750ml

Nicely layered aromas combine notes of quinine, citrus and oyster shell with those of pear and apple. The racy, intense and nicely dense middle weight flavors exude a lovely salinity on the lingering saliva-inducing finish. This should drink well early, yet it has the stuffing to repay a few years of cellaring.
