Terrapura 2014 Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 750ml

The grapes for this single vineyard wine are picked from Chile's San Antonio Valley, which is characterized by its cold climate and maritime influence. These conditions enhance the aromatic quality of the grapes, which were hand-picked between March and April, and fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The result is a fruity dry wine with 1.6g/L of residual sugar at 14% ABV.

Expect intense tropical fruit aromas with some mineral and herbal notes. On the palate, this wine is zingy with rich acidity and a crisp, fresh & fruity finish. Try pairing with fish, shellfish, fresh cheese and pasta dishes.
