90% Sangiovese, 10% Merlot from the Okanagan Valley. Aged for 26 months in French Neutral oak barrels. Age worthy or it can be enjoyed today after decanting. Ron Firman, is a master organic grower who breeds spadefoot tadpoles in his irrigation channels which grow up to be a natural pest control, eating the unwanted bugs. A medium bodied wine with bright red fruit, chocolate and leather. Medium firm tannins, crisp acidity and a long finish. Pair with Duck, Charcuterie, grass fed steak.
