The 2020 Organic Pinot Gris is tipped with 9% pinot blanc, the former from Vispering Vines vineyard in Okanagan Falls and the latter from Serwa Family vineyard in Lake Country. This was destemmed and fermented in stainless, where it remained for a short time on lees. Crisp and lean with Asian pear, green apple, lemon, hedge on a crunchy palate, with the high acid evened out with a bump of RS. More grigio than gris, take this lean white with lightly spiced Thai or Japanese veg dishes.
