Sperling 2015 Pinot Noir 750ml

Browning crimson hue, this is a soft, downy, and oxidative pinot noir from the Sperling's Kelowna estate, farmed by the family since 1925. Organically farmed (2nd year into transition) and following some of Ann Sperling's biodynamic practices, this stripped down red is filled with forest floor and woodsy berries, a fine veil of smoke and fine peppery spicing and a gently juicy core.
