Description
The 2014 Willamette Valley Pinot Gris spent three months on the lees in stainless steel vat. It has an attractive nose of honeysuckle and beeswax aromas, quite phenolic in style. The palate is clean and fresh on the entry with a fine line of acidity, notes of lime, bruised apple and subtle grassy notes, all leading to a simple but fresh finish.
