Superb bourbon here from Smooth Ambler's exceptional Old Scout range, selected by those Drinks by the Dram folks! This expression was matured for five years, and has been bottled up at cask strength – a robust 59.6% ABV. The Old Scout range is how Smooth Ambler released the sourced whiskeys that the team gets its hands on, and we know from experience that they're often spectacular spirits, packed to the brim with character. Nose: Cinnamon gum, brown sugar, coffee, cracked black pepper, liquorice, Crunchie Bars.
Palate: Still has that black pepper warmth to it, mellowed by waves of marmalade, Dairy Milk, and honey.
Finish: Spiced hot chocolate, toasted sugar, and hickory.

We use Canada Post for the majority of deliveries and a courier for those nearest our location. If you are not at home when Canada Post attempts delivery of your package, they will leave a note with the nearest pickup location. By law, we cannot ship outside of the province and packages delivered by Canada Post cannot be left on the doorstep. Orders for downtown Vancouver may arrive the same or next day depending on time of order. Order cut-off is generally 10am PST on a best-effort basis. We will contact you if we require more information to set up delivery.
