Fruitvale Ridge Vineyard is made with Osoyoos cabernet franc farmed sustainably from 15 year old vines growing over larger rock and shale mixed with gravel, loam, and clay. Winemaker Daniel Bontorin cold soaks his grapes for a couple of hours to help capture his Provenćal pale pink rosé before it is fermented in stainless and aged on lees. Expect a dry, juicy wine with ethereal hints of wild strawberries and watermelon, and a savoury apricot finish lined with stony minerals and a touch of lime pith.
