Sea Star 2016 Encore 750ml

Our winemaker specifically chose a sun-baked vineyard in Osoyoos for both the Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes that have been crafted into this rich Meritage blend. Encore is the worthy successor to our winemaker’s award winning Debut. A winner before it is out of the gate, this wine is barrel-aged in French oak for 18 months. The complexity of flavours, including chocolate, raspberry and other dark fruit notes, leave a beautifully textured finish, perfectly suited to steak and rich pasta dishes.
