San Giusto's deeply-colored 2018 Rosè Fuori Misura is Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Merlot done more as a light-ish red wine rather than as a Rosè. It is also one of the most distinctive Rosès readers will find in Italy, or anywhere for that matter. Deeply-colored and full of flavor, the Fuori Misura has enough richness and sheer texture to drink well with just about anything.
