In 2012, fruit sourcing has come from Tumbarumba an exciting cool-climate, high-altitude viticultural district. The Bin 311 style typically exhibits a mineral acid backbone, complemented by barrel fermentation. Minimal filtration is employed, preserving elegant fruit flavors. Matured for 7 months in seasoned French oak barriques.
