Medium red. Subtle nose combines redcurrant, cherry, licorice, tobacco and a whiff of game. On the lean side but shows very good vinosity to its redcurrant and leather flavors. Not especially primary in spite of possessing sound acidity. I'd give this a couple years before pulling the cork.
