The pale straw yellow color indicates classic Sauvignon Blanc. Aromas of green apple, zesty lime peel, lychee, hints of guava and subtle white flowers. A great balance of fruit and acidity on the palate. Complex citrus flavors of lemon, lime, apricot and kiwi are tantalizing.
