"Venus in Furs." 50% whole cluster and 50% crush destemmed, the 2020 Merlot was macerated for 10 days before a gentle pressing to finish fermentation in neutral oak puncheons resulting in a low tannin, floral, blueberry juice, deep yet very-approachable wine. Serve chilled.
