Our 2017 Riesling Icewine was farmed at Lazy River Vineyard in South Cawston, Similkameen Valley. abut 10km from the southern border.
Notes and Pairing:
This Icewine was hand-harvested in the dead of night at -10 degrees Celsius resulting in a rare drop of nectar being pressed from each grape. Intense aromas of lemon, honey and apricots fill the glass. Vibrant acidity keeps the unctuous palate balanced and refreshing.
