"The Côtes du Roussillon vineyard is located in the northwestern part of the Pyrénées Orientales, facing Canigou, which offers breathtaking views, vineyards clinging to terraces with schistose, limestone or granite soils."
Grapes: Macabeu 50%, Grenache Blanc 50%.
Vinification: Cold settling, racking, vinification at 17 ° C, in barrels for 50%.
Aging: 50% in vats, 50% in barrels.
Tasting: This white wine of altitude, from shale plots is the faithful expression of the freshness and minerality of these cool areas.
Accompaniment: Grilled fish, salt-crusted sea bream, very elegant as an aperitif.

We use Canada Post for the majority of deliveries and a courier for those nearest our location. If you are not at home when Canada Post attempts delivery of your package, they will leave a note with the nearest pickup location. By law, we cannot ship outside of the province and packages delivered by Canada Post cannot be left on the doorstep. Orders for downtown Vancouver may arrive the same or next day depending on time of order. Order cut-off is generally 10am PST on a best-effort basis. We will contact you if we require more information to set up delivery.
