This wine is made of Mourvèdre, Cinsault, and Syrah grapes - typical of the region - harvested late and destalked. Macerated for 15 days in wooden cone-shaped tanks. Deep purple hue with a violet tints. Intense nose of humus, prunes and blackcurrants. Well structured with delicate tannins. Pair with fish casserole, flaky mushroom pastry, and marinated roasts.
