Blended and fermented with our house culture of Brett C and Lactobacillus and dry-hopped with generous amounts of juicy, aromatic hop varitals. Aromas of tropical and citrus fruit lead to flavours of lemon and pineapple with a subtle brett funk and a bright acidity.
