Yeast cloudy lemon yellow with a nice head.

Nose
Charming and at the same time profound with a fragrant impression of apricot, pineapple, mandarin and delicate elderberry notes, peppery hints, rye bread and wine yeast. Summer in a glass - and just smelling it makes you think of countless dishes with which you would like to combine it.

Palate
On the tongue, the 2020 Pet Nat by Fred Loimer has a freshness that is further intensified by the yeasty notes and a fine tart note reminiscent of apple peel. A real fun to drink, you can literally chew it. As mentioned at the beginning, this Prickler likes to be combined with food, then it becomes a round thing.
