[2018 vintage] The Collovrays/Terrier families work out of Burgundy and the Languedoc region; the latter is home to this Limoux, mountain-based chardonnay grown on 15-year-old vines. The style is fresh and straightforward with a subtle hint of lees and clean apple-based fruit with classic French acidity. Dependable and instructive, it is a solid chardonnay that would accompany a wide range of chicken, creamy pasta, and cheese to a Margherita pizza. Ready to drink.
