The Collovrays/Terrier families work out of Burgundy and the Languedoc region; the latter is home to this Limoux, mountain-based chardonnay grown on 15-year-old vines. The style is fresh and straightforward with a subtle hint of lees and clean apple-based fruit with classic French acidity.
