This delightful Southern Rhone wine is made up of 80% Grenache Blanc and 20% Bourboulenc. The name “Les Traverses” comes from the dry stone walls of the vineyards that protect the land from substantial erosion, typical in the area from year round strong winds: ‘The Mistral’. The colour is light yellow straw, with floral and fruity notes on the nose. Well balanced acidity enhances the fleshy and warm finish. Medium bodied, match this wine with rosemary grilled chicken, baked sole with citrus or a green mango salad with prawns. Enjoy!!
