The revamped 2021 Estate Pinot Noir mentions 1909 on the label, the year the winery was created. This is a perfumed, pale and varietal red with moderate alcohol (13.6%) and ripeness. Only 20% of the volume matured in oak barrel for seven months. The wine is clean, elegant and balanced. 60,000 bottles were filled in January 2022, and it's a very good value.
