Description

Racy and spicy nose along with honey and peach fuzz. On the palate, nice orange peel and hint of white mint and pure licorice, anis. Nice acidic structure, good balance, well made and shows alot of potential. Look for it to last 3-5 years and pair with trout.

'We split the fermentation 50/50 between neutral wood and stainless steel barrels. We stirred the barrels twice a month until bottling to accentuate the fruit and build the texture in the mid pallet. The nose is honeysuckle, melon and hints of stone fruit. The palate has mineral tones and grapefruit flavors, while the finish has bright acidity and notes of anise that linger.'

We use Canada Post for the majority of deliveries and a courier for those nearest our location. If you are not at home when Canada Post attempts delivery of your package, they will leave a note with the nearest pickup location. By law, we cannot ship outside of the province and packages delivered by Canada Post cannot be left on the doorstep. Orders for downtown Vancouver may arrive the same or next day depending on time of order. Order cut-off is generally 10am PST on a best-effort basis.
