Semillon, sauvignon blanc, riesling, chardonnay and pinot gris from the Eden Valley and Adelaide Hills. Astonishing quartz-white 15 months after vintage, doubly so once you smell and taste what is an aromatic, intensely flavoured wine. It's all a conundrum: does Henschke really need to make it?
