Since 1998, Geschickt's production has been all biodynamic wine making. Both Demeter and EcoCert certified, they are committed to offering the best of Alsatian terroir, rich in both history and savoir-faire. All wines are meticulous hand harvested, naturally fermented, unfined and unfiltered as well as sulphured extremely low (15mg max), if at all, during bottling only. Vines are all average 30 years old, and the entire estate is just under 13 hectares. This is a drier side of Riesling that is not typically seen from this part of the region, a note to Geschick’s personal style and their vintage. Serious yet approachable with a hefty amount of aging potential.
