    71% Gewurztraminer:

    Sourced from the Morris Family Vineyard in Oyama. Harvested September 30th, 2020. Fermented on-site in neutral "Fumee Blanc" barrels and finished in stainless steel. Unfined & unfiltered.

     

    29% Madeleine Sylvaner:

    Sourced from the "Madeleine Block" of the Zanatta Vineyard in Duncan. 26 year-old vines planted in sandy clay loam soil. Harvested September 10th, 2020 and 100% fermented in stainless steel. Unfined & unfiltered.

    Talk about texture! Cuvee White No. 2 opens up with soft aromas of lychee and rose petals. The Sylvaner takes over the mid-palate and provides a beautiful minerality and texture, not to mention a punch of green apples. Finishes with a beautiful acid backbone that leads to a lengthy finish, think energizer bunny.
