Fort Berens 2015 Pinot Gris 750ml

Tasting Notes: Made with a blend of Lillooet and Similkameen grapes, this Pinot Gris smells of summer with aromas of gooseberries, kiwi and Ambrosia apples. It is a full, well-rounded wine that packs a tropical fruit punch.
Winemaker Notes: Fruit from two elite growing regions, Lillooet and the Similkameen, was co-fermented to create our 2015 Pinot Gris. A small portion of this Pinot Gris was fermented in neutral oak barrels and subjected to a partial malolactic fermentation. The larger portion was fermented in stainless steel tanks with aroma accentuating yeast strains.
Food Pairing Notes: This Pinot Gris is very food friendly and pairs beautifully with grilled seafood, BBQ pork with Herbes de Provence, roasted vegetables and french fries.
