Rechristened with a proprietary moniker that represents a contraction of names of the two lieux-dits whence it derives, the 2020 Ladoix Les Marnes Blanches exhibits aromas of crisp orchard fruit, white flowers and freshly baked bread. Medium to full-bodied, taut and chalky, with racy acids and a long, saline finish, it's persuasive evidence that the whites of this commune deserve to be better known.
