Big bold wine made up of 80% Cabernet Franc and 20% Syrah. Notes of black pepper and cassis. The name for this blend is derived from the nickname given to the Moffat Saloon which was located in the old Fairview Townsite in the 1800’s. Like the Saloon this is a rough and tumble wine not suitable for the faint of heart.
