With the purchase of land in “Pinot territory” and the subsequent planting of Pinot Noir, it was decided to purchase some Pinot to start learning the “difficult grape”. The style has not been completely established yet, but an elegant light and fruity wine has emerged in the early years. 2012 saw the Eagle Bluff vineyard owned by Bill Eggert and Barry Barisoff emerge into full production. Because of the quality grapes being purchased from Ron Fournier, Bill has decided to continue to do a blend of both vineyards.
