Emotivo Prosecco Frizzante 750ml

The difference between the regular Emotivo and Frizzante is primarily the fizz, which is slightly subdued in the Frizzante. On the nose, fruity and floral bouquet with green apple nuances. The fruity and refreshing palate with high acidity is just barely off-dry. At 11% alcohol and 12.8g/L of residual sugar, the Frizzante is ideal with umami-flavoured hors-d'oeuvres, fruit-based cakes and desserts, or alone as a welcome drink/aperitif. As a reference point, this is 2 g/L less sugar than the regular Emotivo.
