Description:
The grape verdejo is perfected in Castilla León, but only in la SECA (inside the DO Rueda) we can find the old fine vines and the type of soil to create this outstanding white wine. Using only autoctonous yiests on the elaboration, these are the key for a long maceration and lees aging that will conform the body of our Gordo del Circo. Maximum expression of this land of fire and ice, as per the character of the local people.
Tasting Notes:
Wine of a beatiful greenish- yellow color, bright and clean. In the nose, we notice the high acidity and all the aromas of the Verdejo grape (Apple, pear and tropical nuances and fresh herbs). In the mouth it is amazing. It is wide and intense but also round and well balanced thanks to the aging with in the deposit with its leas.
