Standard stuff done well, the 2017 Discovery Sauvignon Blanc Semillon offers up grassy notions of gooseberry and grapefruit. It's light to medium-bodied with a silky mouthfeel but is crisp, clean and refreshing, with a bright, citrus-zest finish. Drink it over the next year or so.
