"A beautiful salmon colour, this rosé has charming red berry flavours, freshness and delicacy. Its long, spicy finish suits it equally well to be a companion to lots of different foods. Round and perfumed, this has beautiful structure and character."
The Wine: 100% Pinot Noir, with nearly half aged for three months in foudre before bottling. Cécile did part of her winemaking training at Domaine Ott in Provence, and she knows how to make rosé! This is one of the best of the appellation.
