The expression of the multipurpose variety of Assyrtiko in the single vineyard ‘Alepotrypa’ reveals an extremely attractive wine. A sharp, lemony wine with bright yellow color, citrus aromas like grapefruit and lemon peel, green fruits and nuances of light minerality. Rich mouth feel with high acidity, mouthwatering with aromas of yellow fruit and a touch of minerality among that richness. Intense and aromatic long aftertaste. Enjoy it with seafood, cous-cous with shrimps, shellfish, grilled fish, green salads as well as herb-crusted lamb or pork.
