Winemaker's Notes:
The Colombard brings tropical and citrus fruit aromas, whereas the Ugni blanc offers roundness and a perfect balance.
In the vineyard, we make every effort to ensure that the skin of the grape retains its aromas as much as possible: limited yields, bud removal, leaf thinning, crop thinning – all this means that we can keep phytosanitary treatment to a strict minimum, and still have healthy grapes. Grapes are harvested in the cool of night and quickly transported to the cellar where they undergo skin maceration overnight, in order to reveal all their aromas.
The Sommelier’s advice: enjoys this wine with fish, shellfish or seafood.
