“Made from an almost equal split of Roussanne and Viognier. This wine was first produced at the estate in 2015 and is made in tiny quantities each year. Vibrant gold in colour, this wine has a delicate and expressive nose. Hints of white fruits, honey and floral aromas emerge from the glass. The wine has a viscous mouth coating quality with green apple, ripe pear and elegant minerality being present. A wine of great power and length.”
