Domaine Collet 2017 Chablis "Les Forets" 1er Cru 750ml

From a parcel planted in 2008, Collet's 2017 Chablis 1er Cru Les Forêts is more reserved than his Montmains, revealing scents of apple, white flowers, mint and paraffin wax. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, cool and steely, with an incisive, stony profile. As the vines age and the wine takes on more concentration, this will be a bottling to watch.
