"Good red-ruby. Pure aromas of blackberry, griotte cherry and licorice. Dense, suave and silky but youthfully unforthcoming, offering hints of vibrant black fruits, chocolate and smoked meat. Much less open than the Cote de Nuits-Villages but boasts a lovely subtle sweetness and finishes with very good breadth and echoing length. 88-91 points"
