Sourced from volcanic clay soils, it has a nose of flint and bee wax, mingled with citrus and bruised apple. Fresh acidity sings through concentrated lime, stone fruit and apple juice, with citrus peel bitterness and a touch of honey amongst the weighty 13.5% alcohol. Drink now-2023.
