Made from a southern French blend of Grenache Blanc, Bourbelenc, Roussanne and Marsanne that is made by former Chateau Lafite Rothschild winemaker, Eric Fabre.
This is a fantastic departure from your everyday white, it offers aromas of pine, lanolin, dried herbs, mineral, lemon oil, smoke, wet flint and star fruit. The palate is oily and concentrated - here, stone fruit is layered with mineral, beeswax, white grapefruit and herbs, which culminate in a smoky and menthol finish.
Great character!
