Description
A fundraising initiative for Les Dames d’Escoffier BC, each bottle of #dameswine supports food and beverage education for BC’s dynamic women. Limited production of two wines, a white and a red sourced from vineyards in British Columbia’s beautiful Okanagan Valley, will be available for online purchase in May, 2016, and at select retail locations and restaurants. The Dames Wines were crafted by Mireille Sauvé under license number 302084 in Okanagan Falls, BC.
The Dames Red is a great ‘fireplace wine’, enjoyed on its own with friends or alongside assorted charcuterie and cheese plates, burgers or stew. Deep crimson with a burgundy hue, with rich vanilla-infused mulled berry aromas joined by bright red cherry juice and a toasty star anise spicy note. A beautiful BC blend of 70% Merlot and 30% organic Syrah, both sourced from vineyards in the south Okanagan.
Shipping & Returns
We use Canada Post for the majority of deliveries and a courier for those nearest our location. If you are not at home when Canada Post attempts delivery of your package, they will leave a note with the nearest pickup location. By law, we cannot ship outside of the province and packages delivered by Canada Post cannot be left on the doorstep. Orders for downtown Vancouver may arrive the same or next day depending on time of order. Order cut-off is generally 10am PST on a best-effort basis. We will contact you if we require more information to set up delivery.
