Sancerre Les Monts Damnés is a highly elegant cuvée which fully expresses the minerality of its terroir of Chavignol. The nose is open, fruity (pineapple, lychee) with floral and licorice notes. The palate is rich and deep, with richness, roundness and volume. Aromas of exotic fruits and white fruit abound. This cuvée would be perfect with dishes with iodine flavours (fish, shellfish, seafood) or goat's cheese.
