Description
The 2020 Colleita nº8 Branco (you have to look for the vintage in the lot number) is a blend of 59% Treixadura, 29% Albariño, 6% Lado, 3% Caíño Branco and 3% Loureira from their certified organic vineyards. It fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured in chestnut barrels for five months and a further five months in stainless steel. This was also a challenging vintage that resulted in a wine with 11.6% alcohol, a darker color and a more oxidative profile. It's light and tasty, with a soft texture and good overall freshness.
