85% Cinsault, 8% Pais, 5% Malbec 2% Carignan Grapes for each variety are harvested, vinified, aged separately, and then blended before bottling. After a 10-day cold soak, the wine is made in concrete. It ages on the lees for 12 months and is bottled lightly filtered.
Pour Ma Gueule showcases red berries, black cherries and pepper with bright acidity and fine tannins. Those elements come through on the palate, with fresh black and red fruit, revealing a full-bodied wine. This wine opens generously, very silky and lush on the palate. The mid palate is round and velvety with very fine tannins and the excellent acidity that enhance its liveliness and balance.

We use Canada Post for the majority of deliveries and a courier for those nearest our location. If you are not at home when Canada Post attempts delivery of your package, they will leave a note with the nearest pickup location. By law, we cannot ship outside of the province and packages delivered by Canada Post cannot be left on the doorstep. Orders for downtown Vancouver may arrive the same or next day depending on time of order. Order cut-off is generally 10am PST on a best-effort basis. We will contact you if we require more information to set up delivery.
