Chateau Thivin 2017 Cote de Brouilly "Zaccharie" 750ml

Beautiful deep red color. On the nose, ripe blackcurrant and blackberry. Round on the palate with hints of spice. This wine is currently still a little young although already approachable; it offers a 10 year aging potential. It is an excellent wine to accompany a beef sauce or grilled game. The pairing with Beaufort as well as goat cheeses works perfectly.
