Chateau de Paillet-Quancard 2010 Cadillac Cotes de Bordeaux 375ml

A rich and rounded wine whose tannins are well buried in the ripe blackberry fruits. It's a dark wine, solidly dry at the core with great swathes of juicy fruit around. It's almost ready to drink so try it out in 2014.
